Thank you for shopping at Whispering Shades. We create and sell downloadable printable coloring books for your personal enjoyment. Because our products are digital files, special conditions apply to refunds.
1. Digital Download Policy
- All of our products are delivered digitally (as instant downloads).
- Once your purchase has been completed and the download has started, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
This policy is in line with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights (Article 16), which removes the right of withdrawal once digital content has been delivered, if you agreed to this at the time of purchase.
2. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted
We will consider refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- File corruption or technical errors that make the product unusable.
- Duplicate purchases (accidentally purchasing the same product more than once).
- Wrong file delivered (if you receive a different product than what you ordered).
If one of these issues occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
